ECOPLAT BASE FRD automatic stretch wrapper with mechanical brake
ECOPLAT BASE ROBOPAC FRD automatic turntable stretch wrapper with mechanical brake
Machine equipped with:
- A 1,500 mm diameter turntable for pallets up to 800 x 1,200 mm, made from high-strength steel 8 mm thick, and a column made from structural steel, ensuring excellent durability.
- Maximum load capacity: 1,200 kg
- Useful wrapping height: 2,200 mm
- Turntable rotation speed adjustable from 4 to 10 revolutions per minute and carriage speed from 1.4 to 4 m/min, to adapt the wrapping to the load and the required level of stability.
- Standard up/down cycle, combined with an adjustable manual brake, enabling pallets to be stabilised effectively with controlled overlap.
- Film dispensing requires no physical effort – the reel carriage stops at the end of the cycle at an ergonomic height.
- Control panel with electromechanical buttons for quick and easy operation, even with frequent use.

Stretch film for standard cast, blown or pre-stretched machines with a core.The carriage accommodates widths from 250 to 500 mm, a thickness of up to 35 microns and a 76 mm core.
- Loading pallets:
When using a pallet truck, opt for an access ramp or a recessed fitting kit. To combine weight control and stretch-wrapping at the same workstation, the weighing kit is a suitable option.
