This line includes:
- 1 bottle inlet pallet conveyor (manual loading) on the filler tray (option to use cups for shaped bottles)
- Machine frame with 18-station indexing tray
- 1 bottle presence sensor (machine stops if no bottle present)
- 2 filling stations with descending spouts (adjustable to 3/100 ml per pump)
- 1 valve/pump placement station 20 mm fed by vibrating bowl + cleat elevator
- 1 valve presence sensor
- 2 x 20 mm crimping stations (including 1 backup)
- 1 diffuser placement station
- 1 diffuser presence control station
- 1 diffuser orientation station
- 1 defective product ejection station
- 1 pallet exit conveyor to direct bottles to the cap placement station
- 1 cap removal machine frame with 6-station indexed tray
- 1 mechanical cap feed sorter fed by a cleat elevator
- Omron automation
- 1 arm with HMI for machine control
